Western Mass lottery claim office to move to West Springfield

The Massachusetts State Lottery’s prize claim center is moving from Springfield to West Springfield next week.

Local residents can claim all prizes up to and including $100,000 at the Western Massachusetts office. Larger prizes must be claimed at the Lottery’s headquarters in Dorchester, officials said.

The new office will open at 383 Memorial Ave. in the Century Plaza on Nov. 9. The lottery will continue to operate in its current location at 20 Fort St., Springfield, through Friday, officials said.

The business hours for all lottery claim centers are 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
